What is Staging?

The professional service of preparing homes for sale in such a way as to appeal to potential buyers and generate higher selling prices. ~ Dictionary.com

Home stagers, also known as home staging professionals, prepare homes and other properties for sale. It helps neutralize the space for potential buyers and allows them the opportunity to envision themselves creating a home in the space. Our goal is to make your house more appealing to the widest possible audience.

Benefits of Staging

  • 81% of buyers say home staging makes it easier to visualize the property as their future homes. Staging a home helps the buyers see how they don’t have to put a lot of work into it in order to live there.
  • Once staged, Homes spend an average of 73% less time on the market.
  • A survey by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation Found that a staged home sells for more than 6% above asking price.

Wider Appeal – Property will appeal to a majority of potential buyers in your target demographics.

More Showings – More agents are motivated to show move-in ready property to their clients.

Competitive Edge – Your Home will stand out above the competing properties and may even create a bidding war!

Our Staging Services

Our services begin with an initial walk through. We will go over all items that need to be removed and completed prior to staging day.  We will arrive on staging day with a truck load of furniture and décor items.  Staging usually takes one to two days to complete after which photos will be taken by our talented in house photographer. All items selected for your home have been hand picked for your space to enhance the existing charm and create a welcoming space for potential buyers!
