Cheryl has lived in the Muskoka area her entire life. Her love, passion and knowledge of the area gives her a great edge with assisting anyone in their search for their new home. Cheryl believes in matchmaking you with the right home, not just selling you a home. Her 30+ years experience working with the public has made her transition into real estate a fluent and seamless one. Cheryl and her husband have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Cheryl enjoys walks with her dog, horseback riding, biking and  spending time with her family.

Paige Smith

Born and raised in Huntsville, Paige truly understands why people desire to be in beautiful Muskoka. Growing up in this area, has given Paige a great appreciation of this amazing place she calls home. With its breathtaking views and relaxed lifestyle, Paige strives to help others enjoy the beauty Muskoka has to offer. Joining the Kayley Spalding Group in May 2022, as an unlicensed assistant, she adapted quickly into her role. Paige is now a licensed REALTOR® and is working as a Seller’s Partner & Licensed Assistant on our Sales Team. Paige is a quick learner and is surrounded by a highly experienced team that is always willing to support her. Paige is eager and very excited to begin helping others find their own piece of paradise in Muskoka. In Paige’s spare time she enjoys swimming, boating and spending time with her family and friends. Traveling is something she is very passionate about. Upon graduating high school, Paige travelled Australia, New Zealand & Tasmania. Here, she made great connections with others from all over the world. Paige is looking forward to this next chapter and is excited to help clients achieve their goals and dreams.

Rebecca Jeffery

Rebecca grew up in Oakville and moved to Huntsville in 2008. While her roots are in ‘city-life’, she has truly fallen in love with Muskoka living. She loves the beauty and tranquility of the landscape and the relaxed lifestyle that everyone enjoys here. She understands the appeal of the area and the process of relocating here. It truly is a special place to call home!  Rebecca and her husband have 2 young children. Her spare time is spent with them boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer, or in the winter, they enjoy ice fishing, snowshoeing, and tobogganing.  Rebecca graduated from the University of Ottawa with an honours BA in English Literature in 2005. In 2009, Rebecca began her career in real estate starting as an administrator and became a licensed Realtor in 2017. She is excited to share her passion for Muskoka living with you! 

Carolyn Francis

Sales Representative
Seller's Partner & Licensed Assistant

Born and raised in the Huntsville area, there is nowhere else she would rather be raising her 3 kids. Growing up she was able to experience living on Lake Vernon, cottaging on Three Mile Lake in Katrine and even briefly living on a 100 acre farm in Emsdale.

Acquiring a diploma from Cambrian College in Sudbury in 2000 it was a natural progression to follow in her family’s footsteps as she moved on to achieving her real estate license in 2002.

She has a diverse background in different real estate administrative positions and working as an independent sales agent for many years before joining Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate Brokerage in 2010 and then finally The Kayley Spalding Group in 2020. Incorporating honesty, experience, and sales into her favourite role as a Listing Partner on the team.

Carolyn loves design, architecture, Muskoka and following her kid’s success in hockey and lacrosse.

Kira Christie

Deals Secretary

Kira Christie joined The Kayley Spalding Group at Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate, Brokerage in May 2012. As Kayley’s first assistant, it has taught Kira the importance of the many roles within the office. She has had the privilege of watching this business flourish and turn into the success that it is today. Working alongside Kayley and being a lifelong resident in Muskoka, she understands the pull to this area – from its welcoming communities, to the beautiful scenery that she has the privilege to call home. This has taught Kira the ability to mold into her role as a Deal Secretary with diverse knowledge in real estate, and business development in the area. Kira graduated post secondary at Sir Sandford Fleming College from the Advanced Massage Therapy Program in June 2016. Having the experience in dealing with clientele, Kira has been able to transfer her communicative skills and professionalism to become a valued member of Kayley’s successful team.

Riley Arnold

Administrative Assistant

Riley Arnold joined Kayley Spalding’s team in May of 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. Riley graduated from Georgian College in 2017 from the Esthetician program. She has years of experience in the customer service industry and as such, is capable of enhancing the client’s experience. She is fluent in all social media platforms, allowing her to maximize exposure for all marketing materials. Her strong communication skills, work ethic and dedication make her a pleasure to work with, as well as a great asset to the team. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé.

Clint Spalding

Photographer / Videographer

Clint is the photographer and videographer for Kayley’s team. He handles all of the professional photography, videography and oversees all elements of the companies design and overall brand image. His Attention to detail and design keeps the company both leading the industry and continually aiming for new ways to raise the bar to new heights.

Adrienne Burlock

Growing up in the GTA, Adrienne spent all her summers camping in Northern Ontario. Those experiences fueled her desire to one day live in the “North”. After retiring from her job with an international airline, she and her husband made their dreams a reality, by moving to Huntsville in December 2017. Adrienne’s first love, since the age of 10, was for design. She spent her allowances on decorating magazines and dreaming of her future as an interior decorator. College courses in Interior Design, propelled her passion, enabling her to guide friends and clients through decisions. Adrienne joined Kayley’s team as a hostess, in July 2021, using her skills in customer service and staging. Together, Adrienne and ger husband have 7 children and 4 grandchildren. They enjoy family dinners and game nights, walking through the woods with their dogs and boating on the amazing lakes which Huntsville has to offer.

Tori Howe

Tori moved to Huntsville early into life and has always had a passion for business.  After a co-op during her graduating year at Huntsville High School, she was able to join the Kayley Spalding team in July 2022.  Since joining, Tori has grown and learned about business in the real estate industry and is keen on learning as much as she can.  Tori hopes to get her real estate license in the future. Outside of work Tori loves to travel and be outside with family and friends enjoying all that Muskoka has to offer.

Wendy Shortt

Administrative Assistant / Hostess

Bracebridge native, Wendy Shortt joined the Kayley Spalding Team in 2021, as a Showing Hostess. Wendy also maintains a career with The District Municipality of Muskoka, which she has been a dedicated employee for more than twenty years. Given her personal and professional knowledge and history of Muskoka, she has witnessed first-hand the tremendous development and growth Muskoka has seen over the years.

Wendy’s love for Muskoka and all that it has to offer year-round is something that she has never taken for granted. When not working Wendy enjoys kayaking, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family.

Kiley Maw

Kiley was born and raised in Huntsville. After moving away and living in the city a few times to complete her social service worker diploma as well as gaining her medical aesthetics diploma, she knew she would return to Muskoka and that this would always be her home. She comes from a large family that has resided in Huntsville for many years.

Kiley developed an interest in the real estate industry when she bought her first home with her husband in 2020 in the vast growing market.
She began working with the Kayley Spalding Group in the summer of 2021 in the staging department.  Later she moved into a hostess position, where she is involved in a variety of roles that she can apply her organizational and communication skills.
She enjoys what hostessing has to offer, as she has a keen eye for detail with a motivated personality.

Kiley embraces the true beauty muskoka has to offer, in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, taking her dog Bentley for hikes, gardening, and exploring new adventures whether it be travelling around the world or in the heart of Muskoka.

Leigha Cool

Born and raised in Muskoka, Leigha Cool has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed this area into one of Ontario’s most sought-after destinations.  Leigha understands that buying and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will make and embraces the opportunity to be involved in the process.

Leigha always focuses on the wants and needs of clients, while at the same time, establishing a long-term relationship built on care and trust. Because of her dedication and passion for education and learning, Leigha has advanced her desire for helping people, and as such, became a Primary Care Paramedic within the Muskoka region. She enjoys the fast paced, dynamic nature of emergency services. This has encouraged her to take advantage of her unique rare qualities, such as her optimistic energy, quick thinking, patience and commitment to the community.

She embraced the opportunity to join The Kayley Spalding Group in 2014. Knowing the importance of representing our clients with the highest level of service and technology; this presents an advantage in the Muskoka Real estate Market. Due to the fast growth of the company, she has undertaken various roles, utilizing her skills in, administration, home staging division and event coordinating. Leigha continued her education, becoming a Sales Representative & Licensed Assistant, building her knowledge and understanding to become a well-rounded team member, a versatile asset to the team.

Cameron Lawrence

Home Staging

Born and raised in Muskoka, Cameron Lawrence gained a love for houses, design & Real Estate throughout his childhood. Cameron Joined the Kayley Spalding Group at Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate Brokerage in February 2018 as a Co-Op student. After graduating at Huntsville High School in 2020, Cameron continued working for Kayley in all departments from staging, admin to working along side the sales team as a sales assistant. Cameron chose to work on the staging department full time and continues to work and grow within the department. He is incredibly grateful to work with such an amazing team, while having fun! 

Cameron’s role on the staging team enables him to be able to work directly with our clients from beginning to end. Weather he is doing the initial walk through or the final destage, Cameron is always around to assist wherever & whenever possible. Cameron hopes to obtain his Real Estate license while working on the staging team to further his knowledge in the Real Estate industry. His strong work ethic and eager personality makes him easy to work with and a strong asset to the team. 

Jocelyn Janke

Lead Decorator

Jocelyn Janke joined Kayley Spalding’s team in July of 2019 as a part of the home staging division.  July being the busiest time of the year in the office, Jocelyn adapted quickly to her position and hasn’t looked back since. Jocelyn’s desire to meet the client’s needs and wants is one of her strongest qualities, you’ll always notice her creativity and work ethic. Although staging is a fun department to be a part of,  Jocelyn’s end goal is to become a licensed salesperson. Currently enrolled in the Humber Real Estate education program,  Jocelyn looks forward to beginning her career selling homes in Muskoka. Having been raised in the heart of Huntsville, there is knowledge of the area with deep connections. Jocelyn enjoyed camping and spending time at her family cottage on Kawagama Lake.

Deanna Nickerson

Warehouse Manager

Deanna started working with Kayley in July of 2020 in the Staging team. A new resident to the Muskoka area in 2019, she loves the beautiful small towns and the connected communities. With an athletic background along with the love of interior design, she was very happy to join the staging team. Deanna enjoys learning all about the real estate life. Currently enrolled in Conservation Biology at Fleming College, balancing work and school keeps me active and busy. Being able to do both things I enjoy at once is always very humbling and rewarding. Always happy to learn and grow with every opportunity granted.

Fiona Curtis

Home Staging

Fiona Curtis joined the Kayley Spalding group at Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate, Brokerage in May of 2023 beginning in the home staging division. Raised in the beautiful Muskoka area surrounded by growth and change among where she calls home. Fiona grew up with a passion for homes and the endless possibilities that come within. When given the opportunity to work with the Kayley Spalding group she was delighted. The dedication and commitment the team has for each individual client is something she admired and wanted to be apart of. Family, friends and experiences are the most important things in Fiona’s life. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling ,making memories and has a passion for experiencing new things. Since joining the team, Fiona has adapted quickly to the fast paced environment and is eager to learn everything that the team has to offer. 

Lexa Madill

Retail & Office Assistant

Born and raised in Muskoka Ontario, Lexa has always found a passion for business. Lexa joined the Kayley Spalding team in 2022. Since she has joined the Kayley Spalding team, she has learned so many new things that have helped her to become a bigger benefit to the Kayley Spalding Team, you will always notice her dedication, and creativity. Lexa works in all divisions she really enjoys working in the office and in the store. Lexa likes working in all divisions because she learns so many valuable things that can benefit her greatly in the future. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and traveling.
